William Beaman

William joined New South Properties in April 2023 as Director of Development Services, where he leads development opportunities for the firm and its clients by providing fee development and owner’s representative services. Prior to joining New South, William developed industrial and healthcare projects with Beaman Pearson Holdings, LLC.

Earlier in his career, William served as Director of Healthcare Services at Colliers International of South Carolina, where he led the firm’s healthcare real estate platform, providing consulting, advisory, transactional representation, research, marketing, property management, project management, and corporate real estate solutions for healthcare providers throughout the state. He also previously held financial leadership roles with Bank of America and Cogdell Spencer in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Outside of work, William enjoys spending time with his wife, Maria, their two sons, and friends. He enjoys golf, snow skiing, and serves on multiple boards.
