Dowell Finch

Dowell, a Charlotte native, joined New South Properties in 2010 after beginning his career in sales with the Corporate Executive Board in Washington, D.C.  With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, Dowell specializes in tenant and landlord representation, land sales and acquisitions, investment sales, and 1031 exchanges throughout the Carolinas.

Throughout his career, Dowell has represented everyone from local property owners to institutional investors and has helped numerous regional and national retailers expand across the Carolinas.  Among his key accomplishments is leading the rezoning and sale of a 26-acre tract to Mecklenburg County for public park use, demonstrating his commitment to delivering results that go well beyond standard expectations.

Outside the office, Dowell enjoys coaching youth sports, spending time with his family, serving at his church, and working to improve his golf game.
