Scott Mileham

Scott is a Retail Partner at New South Properties with more than 26 years of commercial real estate experience. Since joining the firm in 2000, he has specialized in retail and restaurant tenant representation, retail leasing, and investment advisory services throughout North and South Carolina. He was named Retail Partner in 2012.

Scott has represented numerous national and regional retailers and restaurant brands, including Panda Express, Chick-fil-A, Orangetheory Fitness, KidStrong, and Metro Diner, advising clients on site selection, market strategy, and expansion throughout the Carolinas. He also has extensive experience representing institutional landlords, including Kimco Realty Corporation, helping owners maximize the value of their retail assets through strategic leasing and merchandising.

Outside of the office, Scott enjoys spending time on the golf course, backpacking out West, hunting with his English Cocker Spaniel, and traveling with family and friends.
