Paula joined New South Properties in 2013 and specializes in retail brokerage services. She focuses on landlord and developer representation, including the marketing, pre-leasing, and leasing of regional, neighborhood, mixed-use, and specialty retail centers. Throughout her career, she has represented a wide range of clients, from national anchors and restaurants to medical users, regional retailers, and local businesses.
Prior to joining New South, Paula built a successful career in marketing and sales with a Fortune 500 company, owned and operated a retail business, and managed sponsor relations for a NASCAR race team. Her diverse background has shaped her innovative approach to problem-solving and her ability to develop strategic real estate solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
Paula has represented clients including PGIM Real Estate, Cypress Equities, Glenwood Development, Levcor, Inc., and Fairway Investments.
