Chris joined New South Properties in 2023 as a Senior Real Estate Advisor, bringing more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience in brokerage, development, redevelopment, and investment sales throughout the Southeast.
Prior to joining New South, Chris worked regionally with Childress Klein, Lincoln Property Company, and JLL in both the Charlotte and Atlanta markets. He has completed more than 500 commercial real estate transactions, contributed to more than $1 billion in development projects, and has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and a CRCBR Multi-Million Dollar Club member. Chris holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate, along with the prestigious CCIM designation.
Outside the office, Chris enjoys spending time with family as well as outdoor activities that include hiking, biking & fishing.
