Chris Hardin

Chris joined New South Properties in November 2023 and serves as a Real Estate Manager. He is committed to maximizing property value by increasing revenue, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering exceptional service to both property owners and tenants.

Chris takes a proactive, hands-on approach to property management, overseeing tenant and vendor relationships, ensuring lease compliance, preparing operating budgets, coordinating property maintenance, and managing rent collections. His background in real estate, operations, and team leadership allows him to provide practical solutions while helping owners achieve their long-term investment goals.

Prior to joining New South, Chris worked as a North Carolina residential real estate broker while managing a local fitness center. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, running, and spending time with his family.
