Jason Compton

Jason joined New South Properties in June 2026, bringing more than five years of commercial property management experience. He began his career as a Financial Analyst with Lincoln Property Company before transitioning into commercial property management with Foundry Commercial and later MetCap Commercial. Throughout his career, Jason has managed a diverse portfolio of retail properties across North Carolina.

His experience includes financial analysis, budgeting, owner and tenant relations, and day-to-day building operations, allowing him to provide strategic and responsive property management solutions.

Outside of the office, Jason enjoys fishing, spending time with his family, and exploring new hobbies.
