Michael Sciortino

Michael joined New South Properties in 2016 and serves as Maintenance Supervisor. With more than 15 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor and Service Technician, he brings extensive expertise in building operations, maintenance, and property management.

Michael oversees the maintenance and day-to-day operations of New South’s commercial properties, including preventative maintenance, landscaping, vendor and contractor coordination, safety initiatives, energy management, and budget compliance. He is also responsible for maintaining property records and ensuring the firm’s properties are well maintained and operating efficiently. Michael is proficient in OneSite, Building Engines, and Yardi software.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with his family. He also enjoys working on motorcycles, tackling home improvement projects, and staying active outdoors.
