Paula joined New South Properties in 2013 and specializes in retail landlord representation throughout the Carolinas. Known for her strategic approach and passion for helping clients succeed, Paula partners with property owners to create thriving retail environments and maximize asset value.

Viewing every opportunity through the asset owner’s lens, Paula approaches leasing as a driver of long-term value creation. Her experience spans ground-up developments, new construction, redevelopment of aging assets, and retail repositioning projects. Leveraging market intelligence, demographic trends, and consumer behavior data, she specializes in defining and validating trade areas, particularly in tertiary and emerging markets. By translating data into compelling market stories, Paula helps develop leasing strategies that attract the right retailers, strengthen merchandising mixes, and maximize long-term asset performance.

Outside of work, Paula enjoys golfing, paddleboarding, kayaking, gardening, and getting lost in a good book. She loves exploring new places with family and friends and spending time with her dog, Millie. Paula is married and the proud mother of a son and daughter.
