Will Whitley

Will founded New South Properties on July 1, 1994, after beginning his commercial real estate career in 1987 with Spectrum Properties and later Charter Properties.

As Founding Partner, Will oversees New South’s acquisition and disposition efforts, financing initiatives, and the firm’s growing property management division. He also remains actively involved in leasing and tenant representation. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Will worked at Accenture after earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Outside the office, Will enjoys playing golf with friends at Quail Hollow and vacationing in Palm Beach and throughout the Caribbean with his wife, family, and friends.
