In 1994 we were challenged to place a strong regional brand in a new commercial shopping center in a previously undeveloped section of Charlotte.
We handled the leasing, marketing, and outparcel sales for The Village at University Place, a power shopping center in northeast Charlotte that included Walmart, Best Buy, TJ Maxx, Michaels, Pier 1, Sam’s Club, and other national brands. We were able to sell Chick-fil-a wanted a one-acre parcel in this development.
