President and CEO of NSP, Inc. Founding Partner of New South Properties of the Carolinas, LLC, which is celebrating its 28th anniversary.
Over 35 years in value add acquisitions, retail and office tenant representation, income property sales, office / retail leasing, new business development and development services. Key clients include: Chick-Fil-A, Inc., Pinnacle Bank, PGA Tour Superstore, Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine. Key development and redevelopment projects include: Hilltop Plaza, Kenly Square, Oakie Mountain, Sunset Corners, Sunset Plaza, Pender Landing, Cross Country Village, Mooresville Crossing II, Matthews Plaza, Northeast Plaza, Third Street Station, 201 Queens Road, multiple Starbucks, Dunkin and other single tenant net leased properties.
Prior to forming New South Properties, Will gained his experience with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Spectrum Properties, Charter Properties Inc., and as Co-Founder of Ford Whitley Properties, LLC.
