Dale R. Hall – Partner
Partner and Broker in Charge for New South Properties of the Carolinas, LLC.More than 20 years experience in commercial real estate specializing in retail tenant representation, retail leasing and development in North and South Carolina. Key clients include Academy Sports, Trader Joe's, Ethan Allen, Ashley Furniture, Banana Republic, Gap, Athleta, DXL, Hickory Tavern, Staples, Pier 1, and Kimco. Current focus is assisting national retailers with their expansion across the two states. In addition, Dale has executed roll out strategies for multiple national brands and assisted in the evaluation of existing store networks. Prior to joining New South Properties, Dale worked at CB Richard Ellis in the Charlotte, NC office as a retail tenant specialist covering the Carolinas. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Dale gained valuable experience with 5 years of sales and marketing in the broadcast industry.

Prior to joining New South in 2018, Will worked as a broker for Colliers International in Columbia, South Carolina from 2016-2018. There he specialized in third party leasing for institutional office Landlords as well as the tenant representation of local and regional medical practices.
At New South, Will uses his knowledge and experience of the North and South Carolina markets to assist retail and medical clients in all of their Real Estate needs.

Clay joined New South Properties as Director of Property Management in 2014 and is responsible for the overall management and operations of assets held within the New South portfolio.
Clay has extensive experience in the management of all real estate product types, acquisition analysis, and construction management and holds the CPM® Designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Joined New South Properties in 2000. 35+ years of accounting / office management experience, including working with such companies as YMCA of Charlotte, The Boulevard Company, Furmanite America and Cradlerock Outdoor Network.
Supports our brokerage team processing letters of intent, leases, purchase agreements, listing agreements, commission agreements and invoices; creating and posting marketing flyers and offering memorandums on real estate websites.
Responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable; IT support; and vendor contracts. Provides administrative support for the Property Management team and back-up for the Property Accountant.

Prior to joining New South, Michael worked as a Maintenance Supervisor and Service Technician for 8 years, servicing several multi-family companies with multiple communities. Joining New South Properties in 2016, Michael has expanded his knowledge to include all aspects of commercial properties. In addition to maintaining the physical assets, he oversees landscaping, preventative maintenance, safety issues, energy-saving practices, scheduling day-to-day meetings with vendors and contractors, maintains property records and adheres to budgets and guidelines.
