FearLess Adventure Park is now open in Mooresville, North Carolina.
The 32,000 SF indoor adventure park, located in Mooresville Crossing next to the Ashely HomeStore, has opened its doors and is excited to help kids fear less. Mike Thomas, FearLess managing partner and owner, believes fostering a culture of encouragement and coaching is what sets FearLess apart from other adventure parks in the Lake Norman area. He went on to say, “You have a fear, we want you to jump to less. We want to help you get here. We don’t want to monitor you there. We want to coach you there. We want to encourage you there.
Paula Saunders of New South Properties represented the Landlord in the transaction. She worked for months with the owner of the center to create a successful partnership with FearLess, “We had interest from numerous indoor recreational concepts interested in the former HH Gregg box and felt the use was an ideal traffic generator for the center. What was unique about Mike Thomas and the FearLess Adventure Park’s ownership group was in addition to operational experience, they have expertise in the manufacturing, design and installation of parks. Mike Thomas’ park design will offer unique attractions while incorporating safety protocols not seen in seen in many parks.” In addition to handling the leasing, New South Properties was also hired to manage the property.
FearLess Adventure Park will feature a multitude of attractions including several trampoline areas, ziplines, ninja courses, a dodgeball arena, a foam pit, an arcade area and a virtual reality center. With so many exciting features, FearLess has made it a point to make safety a central focus. According to Thomas, “The owners of this park took away profit-making things to ensure they were focused on safety first and foremost.”
The FearLess team is excited not only for the breath of fresh air the adventure park will breathe into the community, but the economic boon that’s sure to follow. As Iredell County’s only adventure Park, FearLess is set to bring loads of fun, vibrancy and excitement to the Mooresville area.
