This is the first time in New South’s history a duo has won the esteemed title of Top Producer. Holly and Kenny were also named the 2020 Fourth Quarter Top Producer.

The team specializes in tenant relocations, renewals, acquisitions and dispositions. The partners work with tenants to determine space needs and negotiate the most economically sound solution. Property owners can count on guidance with sales, leasing and marketing initiatives. “We have built our reputation as a team on superior customer service and a willingness to work on a broad array of deals. It was the foundation for a strong year during so much uncertainty,” said Holly Alexander.
Holly and Kenny have been teammates since 2013. The key to their success is their complimentary skill sets, unwavering faith in each other, and good old fashion hard work. Our partnership began towards the end of the Great Recession when frankly, commercial real estate was still struggling. Fighting hard to win business early in our partnership laid the groundwork for our success in a crazy year,” says Smith.
The duo had a busy year despite the uncertainty COVID-19 incited in the real estate world. The team represented landlord Fairway Investments in leasing 28,000 square feet at Birkdale Landing, landlord Grubb Properties in leasing 15,000 square feet at 1523 Elizabeth Ave, tenant Ascendum Machinery in a 9,700 square foot relocation, Primero, LLC in the acquisition of the Raleigh Headquarters for McVeigh Mangum and Terpening Law in their acquisition of a new office in Uptown Charlotte. These are just a few of their 57 deals completed in 2020.
